review on The Dark Knight

Watched this movie premier 2 days ago.. and IT WAS PURE AWESOMENESS!!

Before this movie came out, i've already heard about it from the internet as well as from my friends. You have no idea how they promoted this movie months/years ago before this movie started!! Its A DAMN GOOD marketing strategy by the people working on it and hands down on their work.

No, i wont tell you what they did, find it out yourself if you have no idea what i'm saying =)

Scheduled to be out in the overseas on July 18, the screening started on 17th of July in Malaysia. Which is today, to be exact.. Yesterday Midnight.

From the start of the screening, i was already attracted to the movie....

attracted to the storyline from the start.. it was GREAT.

Won't spill much about the storyline..

so let me just start with..

GOTHAM city...

GOTHAM city is really fill with darkness, you can see it clearly.. If you still remember that in the past BATMAN movies such as Batman Forever and Batman & Robin, GOTHAM City doesn't really symbolize "ultimate darkness" and YES this movie does.. nuff said bout GOTHAM City..

Now, Batman, the dark knight himself...

the costume this time (including Batman Begins) is way better than the old Batman movies years ago...

What can i say about Batman?? he's the dark knight that comes out in the night fighting crimes in Gotham City. Not even considered as a hero like Spiderman and Superman, Batman is quite a "special" character and this time the character itself is way more alike as the original Batman in the comic.

his "dark" side, his life in darkness and his way of thinking and of course many more attributes that the REAL batman was shown in this movie...

One thing i still LOVE from the previous BATMAN movies is the Batmobile as well as the Batwing, the new Batman vehicles don't really impress me... Of course, its still cool and awesome, just that i miss Batmobile and Batwing...

and yea, if you're a fan of Batman, you'll know that Bruce Wayne is a rich guy, though not as rich as Iron Man, the money that come from Wayne Enterprise is considered extremely BIG in amount.

the technology that Batman uses might not be AS GOOD AS Iron man's one, but still its all high tech stuff!!

and yes, in this movie, do look out for an unrelease Nokia Phone! YES its in the movie if you concentrate on watching the movie!!!

and now come to Joker

i must say that

the rumours spread on HOW GOOD WAS Heath Ledger is SO DAMN TRUE!!!!

Heath Ledger totally amazed me with his acting in this movie and a few of my friends who was at the premier with me totally agree with that....

he was absolutely awesome and he really redefined the character JOKER itself... i won't be surprise if he get the BEST MALE ACTOR award in OSCARS through this role in the movie..

Its really a waste that now he's death and with that, this movie is like his last "masterpiece"

well, at least he did something REAL GOOD and i'm pretty sure that people will remember this movie because of him in the years to come

hands down + thumbs up + wteva praises to Heath Ledger on his role in this movie as Joker!

However, the leading female actress doesn't attracts me... =(

she's not pretty...

well to me bah..

but well, there's other more interesting stuffs in the movie that caught my attention, i guess thats why..

thats why they didn't find an extremely beautiful girl to be in this movie as that might steal the limelight...

that pretty sums up my review on this movie....

and yea its in the Cinema TODAY!!

FASTER FLY TO YOUR NEAREST CINEMA AND WATCH THIS DAMN NICE MOVIE!!!!

My Rating for this movie is 9.5/10

*it was supposed to be 10/10.. i blamed it on Edison Chen, this lamer only appeared like 1 second in the movie and upon that, he was in the background, BLURRED!!

THEN MIGHT AS WELL DON'T APPEAR IN THIS MOVIE LAR!!! SO LAME!!

Darn.. Sorry to Edison's fan, and yes i might be bias on this... blame it on HIS popularity earlier this year, that just totally wiped out his image and reputation... LOLX
