How was your weekend?

I'm still pretty disturbed with this at the moment. Not to mention having a few other personal stuffs i have to deal with.

but I'm really glad that in these days, i still have people around that i could talk freely with and share stuffs that's a little bit more personal. These people will just get lesser and lesser along the years.

I didn't even expect to get some hometown specialties from a fellow ex-college mate.

Thanks to YewJoe for that.

Compared to the eventful weekends i had sometimes, this very weekend was quite a quiet one for me. A peaceful one, spending more times with friends from other circle.

Going out to yumcha sessions, playing 2 games of Dota on a Friday night.

Then its Saturday already, it feels good playing basketball again after being absent for almost a month, not to say i'm pretty good in it, i enjoyed the run and sweat seeing the people again after being MIA for a month.

then, there's this stupid event which i don't event want to elaborate on attending it with a few of the usual. Most stupid event ever i call that.

Watched the match between Manchester United and Wigan during the night.

It was quite a roller coaster ride watching the match resulting in 5 goals scored by ManUtd in the second half with a sucky first half. Nothing much to boast about being a ManUtd fan as its only Wigan where ManUtd lost to Burnley in the last match but heck, it was still nice watching them scoring.

Watched this movie later in the night. AGAIN.

and the next thing i know, we're up on Genting already. Somewhere i wished to go and relax since end of last month.

Had dim sum for breakfast after the random Genting trip. That's about it, my weekend. At some certain extend, i'm a happy person and having fun in life, but at the same time, i'm kinda struggling when it comes to reality, breaking out from the whole picture and going to the next picture seems so hard to me at the moment.

I guess things will just get right and be ok at the end of the road right?
Right?

and yea, Happy Birthday to you! =)
*and all the best to a friend who's going to Bangladesh to work tmr, though its just 2 weeks.

The Best Damn Thing

I don't know where to start this. Nor i know how to describe about all this. Sigh.

Its quite complicated, all the pieces that connects everything together, bringing stuffs together making all the things possible up till this day. Never in my life i would imagine that this run would be this long.

There were lots of sweats, not to mention love and care. It was quite a long way if you ask me. Many would say that Wow, that's amazing. Its crazy!

From a simple question : a/s/l? way back in the era of ICQ where i got the contact through some forum i used to be active in, it evolved into daily smses and calls. With many topics to talk about till just a few same topic going on and on. From excitement and adventurous to matured and steady and feeling all comfortable being with each other.

It was quite an interesting ride i must say, a ride in this phase of my life where i would not dare to imagine myself being in it years ago. A ride with a person whom is special to me.

A person where people would asked me from time to time about its existence which remains mysterious up till today. Some people still do not know that there's this person. For me i just kept it anonymous revealing it from time to time whenever i wanted to, but for most of the time, i don't really talk directly about it to everyone and show the whole world about it. That is of course for certain reason. Lets not even talk about why. =)

Back to the ride, there were uncountable precious moments, happy ones, struggling ones, memorable ones, interesting ones and more of course where every of them played an important role in making this whole ride possible for the two of us.

Up till today, i couldn't really ask for more. Really, i am contented.

It's been 6 years(approx.) already. I have no idea how will things go after tomorrow, but one thing i know, i have no regrets. At All!

After all...

You're the best damn thing that happen in my life.
and i thank GOD for you!

College Life & Graduation Day.

*this is a long post. =)

Waking up 2 hours before class starts taking 2 buses before i reach college to attend a lecture/tutorial where most of the times i'll fall asleep in class.There are times where i would overslept in bus and ended up in the middle of KL.

Walking under the hot sun or under the rain and waiting for public transport to get home or college.

It was all tiring, but fun. I could see more things around and ponder upon more stuffs back then.

I entered Tunku Abdul Rahman college in the year 2004. Just after my National Service i started my college life enrolling myself in one of the computer science course.

Few friends made, though not many but we were one heck of a group. I could remember being a good student staying back in college during breaks going to the library or study room during my very first semester.

That was the only semester i was good. xD In the next few semester through out my Diploma course, i started skipping classes going out during breaks, to various YumCha & CC sessions.

YumCha - Going to a nearby drinking place and tok cok.
CC - Going to a Cyber Cafe playing computer games.

It was just the beginning of the DOTA rampage era and that was when i started picking up DOTA. Playing at least 10 games per day every single day with fellow coursemates be it in Cyber Cafes or on Blueserver, a local server that provides a platform for online internet users to play Dota.

The Diploma days was extremely enjoying for me. Me and my coursemates, we will travel all the way to a destination and just hang out there for no reason. Out of the blue.

The above picture was taken when we were having Bak Kut Teh in Johor Bahru. We bunked in one of the coursemate's house and it wasn't even during the semester break.

It was last minute and freaking random. The JB guy, KokHao plan to skip class on Thursday & Friday and head back to his hometown earlier. Then, with no specific reason, a few of us started a MSN chatroom.

Within 20 minutes, we decided to follow him all the way to JB just for the heck of it. Not 1 but 3 cars if i'm not mistaken with more than 10 of us.

What did we do in JB? Eat normal food, Sleep, and go to Cyber Cafe. As if there ain't any of those back in KL. Haha.

Making trips to Seremban to another coursemate's house was fun as well. Same thing. Random, pretty last minute and just for the heck of it.

the most crazy trip we had was going all the way to Kuantan to attend one of our friend's funeral.

It was in the midst of our exam. Some Maths subject i think and we, 3 cars headed all the way to Kuantan in the afternoon after an exam in the morning to attend the funeral service.

Came back in the night the next day where we sat for the next exam paper the day after.

Going to Kajang for its Satay, heading to the cinemas multiple times, Sang from our heart in various SingK sessions looking at the girls who passes by out of the room. That was really some DIPLOMA days for me.

Oh and we do stupid stuffs such as the picture above. Having the same nickname on MSN or replying each other on MSN status.

The bunch of people which includes PengYee, HoongWai, ChinYen, KokHao, BoonPean, YewJoe and etc. You guys rawks!!

However, like what people normally say, time flies and it was just in a blink of an eye i completed my Diploma Course in May 2006. Thank God!

With no certain direction of what to do, i stopped studying for one whole year...

Till 2007... i enrolled myself again, this time in an Advance Diploma Cum Degree course. Information Systems Engineering that is.

My Advance Dip Days were pretty NOT happening. Not like my diploma days as i've said above. Nevertheless, new friends were made with new cliques and such. Though stopped 1 whole year, i manage to get myself back into study mode and attended most of the tutorials.

Yah tutorials but not lectures. Typical Tarc Students if you want to know where we will ask our friends to take attendance for us during lectures.

Falling asleep in class is still what i did most of the times during my adv dip days. Hoped i didn't snore too loud ha.

Anyways, i had my 6 months of industrial training where the company i was in had 2 times of break in & theft case. Must be some "black shop" i assume. Don't wanna further talk about that crappy period.

Unlike my Diploma Days where we will have some last minute random trips to other places, we still have our share of YumCha & Karaoke sessions.

The rest of the story, is just some normal story about a student doing his course. Going to class, Skipping class, Going to exams, Failing and passing the papers and such.

Not much happenings in my college days then as it was 2008. The year i became active stepping my foot into the Malaysian Blogoshpere knowing and mixing more people out of my college.

and FINALLY, i completed my course and it was the graduation day of my Bachelor Degree just last Saturday.

I couldn't be more happier that day. Having mixed feelings all over, i woke up extremely early and headed all the way to Subang to pick the GF up.

My brain was blank the whole journey to Subang.

Good thing that the speeches during the ceremony were pretty short.

One minute, I wasn't even ready, the next minute, i'm already heading up stage to shake hands and get my scroll getting my picture taken by the official photographer.

Headed out to take all the graduation pictures. Pictures that i will treasure. =)

Random Monday

I'm feeling all random at the moment. I couldn't remember why already, but yesterday, i was browsing some of my older pictures and found some interesting pictures. Its interesting to me.

Taken specifically in National Service a few years ago.

Had a few laughs over the memories i have on NS. It was some naked + interesting period for me. Yeh my head, nekerd. Had lots of fun back then but lost contact with most of them already now. Haha.

and talking about random...

Yesterday was the day i saw most Nangs on Innit. Pretty standout. 9 out of 10 post is about the Standout Party by Nuffnang & Tiger. With that, i can say that the party is the most successful bloggers party thus far this year!! Haha. Great Job la Nuffnang and of course to Robb Well Done!

2nd Cheque From Nuffnang

Thanks to my computer, my mouse, my cpu, my monitor, my internet service provider Mr Streamyx which've failed me 10 times continuously last night disconnecting my internet and many many more individuals, organizations, parties esp PAS yay!! =X

Alright, seriously, in 2004 when i started blogging, i NEVER EVER think that i could have earn money through blogging and it was just for the fun of it having a few friends who blog.

It was quite Wow for me when i realize that i could get cash through all this lousy content on my blog. Real Cash that i can spend/save and not those monopoly ones.

The 1st time i got my cheque was back in October last year and i was really thankful. Towards Nuffnang, my readers and of course God as well.

I have no idea how Nuffnang is going on esp. in this year of recession where i hope that they're doing good but one thing i'm sure is they really keep their words in sending out the money to bloggers, ON TIME.

and so, yes this post serve the same purpose with the post i made last year when i get my 1st cheque. A testimonial showing that Nuffnang takes care of the Nuffnangers. Rumours said that Advertlets only takes care/pays of the bigger well-known bloggers such as SP and KBF and not paying the smaller bloggers.

So now, I, Joshua Ong who is a nobody-blogger in Nuffnang is getting a cheque for the 2nd time showing that Nuffnang takes care of every bloggers including the small ones, just like me. xD

交叉的平行线

突然很想用华语来写, 所以如果你不懂看那......

那太好了!! 哈哈哈... =X

其实近几个星期, 真的觉得好难呼吸... 心非常非常的沉重...

要分开的那一天越来越近了, 已经设法让自己不太想起这个事了. 但是仍然会时不时的想起来, 想起当要发生的时候, 我应该怎么样, 应该以怎样的态度面对, 一脸笑容挡住满心的不愿意吗?

你叫我要完完全全的放下你, 说来容易但是其实真的没有那么容易... 这不是台湾偶像剧, 也不是香港连续剧, 到了某几个集数剧本的故事就到此为止了, 故事就完了... 那有那么好康的事!!

当两个人开始有了不一样的图画, 一张为未来规划的图画. 那就已经已经是一个开始的完结了而这个完结对我来讲真的是... 很复杂, 不知如何表达...

其实现在想起来, 本来是两条完全不相干的平行线. 不知发生了什么事就交叉了. 交叉的时间已经有超过五年了. 说长不长, 但也不短. *唉*

是时候学会放手了, 放下这一切, 希望双线的未来是好的, 会不会再交叉就听天吧...

Struggling Complications

How would you react and reply if you get a sms with these contents?

Let's say if the sender is someone who's someone close to you, say like your best friend, or your sister/brother or even your girlfriend/boyfriend?

and that was a sms i received 2 days ago.

then, just yesterday i received 2 more sms on the same matter.

Seriously, i couldn't resist myself from feeling all funny and such getting such smses talking about a lousy driver and no offence to the female earthlings, the driver is actually a female and with me knowing that very one fact, i felt much more funnier.

but WAIT!!

the sender is someone important to me and its actually quite dangerous to be in the same car with such driver and so i'm quite "konpius"

The stuffs that happen after i sent that sms, it went pretty far away where the topics were totally different from what i've shown in the pictures above already... and well

The whole thing developed into something pretty awful and all i can do now is to look up to HIM and hope that everything will go fine.

i just don't know what else can i do anymore...........

Friends, Blogs & Memories. Thank You.

Along the years, i've attended loads of events, camps, conferences and a few parties here and there. Even before i step my foot involving myself in the more active groups in Malaysian blogosphere, i have already met countless of people here and there.

Back in 2004, Planet Shakers Conference.

Don't get me wrong, i'm not boasting about i have lots of friends whatsoever as there's nothing much to boast having loads of hi bye friends. Yes loads of them, you know, those people that knows your existence and you know theirs and that's it, you go somewhere, you see them, you just wave/greet/smile and that's end of story. =(

Anyways, with everyone starting to get in touch through the internet, through ICQ/Mirc & Friendster and then MSN came in with the empire of Facebook, Blogs was the only method to keep track of every single stuff, good and bad, updating the recent whereabouts & stuffs on an individual.

and so, i was doing something i don't do very often, opening up most of my friend's blog links from my blog and reading some of their recent post. Friends whom i've met all these while and got their links up on my blog here.

The initial purpose to link them up was to have me reading their blogs from time to time but i've yet find time to do so on a regular basis. So, i've found out that some of them have stopped blogging already or might have changed to a new URL already. Some blogs stop operating since 2007. Wow, that's hmmm. Gosh.

Of course, i've managed to keep in touch with some of them from time to time where i get to know their latest blog links and had fun reading some of them.

Like Helen putting up pictures of the card she made for her bf, it was pretty awesome and immediately, it reminds me of someone very special. =)

Or Delicia who made a short post about the special one for her. Marking down the days left to their marriage. One which i'm glad to know about.

and Joanne's Monday where she had this reply on the phone “Hold on sir, let me transfer your call.”

It was just last week that i read some of the posts in my old blogs which include the very first blog post i made. I have lots to think about since then. Lots of stuffs.

Had a very very rare short meeting with a dear friend of mine just last week. Wendy was in KL for the day and we met up ending up talking about the old days and the people we used to know mutually and yesh, that certainly made us feeling a little bit older then. Nontheless, i was happy to see her again after so long.

At the end of this post, i just want to say Thank You to those who befriended me, especially those whom are close to me(you know who you are), i really thank GOD for you, regardless of where i know you, when i met you, the existence of you in my life have made my life much more interesting, and of course, if you own a blog, i'll try my best to update myself about your life every now and then through your blog.

I woke up, was asleep on a chair, she was beside me. Asleep.

I thought i heard a honk, went out of the room, there's a car out of my house.

Familiar faces were spotted in the car.

All of a sudden, something strike my mind, Oh Shit, ITS TODAY!!! She's getting married today!! to someone else...

and i opened my eyes widely, grabbing my hand phone reading a message from her .Darling.

It was 7.30am... Dang!! I was dreaming... and it's a weird one...

Crap...
