I WOULD RATHER WALK ALONE!!

I just came back from Restoran Uma Rani (Jln Ipoh)

From a Champions League Match, the match which ended in 4-4 with a very entertaining soccer performance from both Liverpool and Chelsea.

A few drops of rain started coming down when it was 2-2. and so as you can see in the picture above, we all came into the premise to watch the match leaving the empty tables out there.

and seriously, no regrets waking up at 2.30am going out to watch this very match. Extremely entertaining!!

From a Liverpool 2-0 lead to a come back by Chelsea at 3-2, Liverpool immediately scored twice in 5 minutes after 80 minutes and Liverpool was like so near to their dreams till Lampard shattered it totally by scoring the last goal at 89 minute.

and so, Chelsea is through the next round with 7-5 on aggregate.

Well, seriously i'm okay with any teams who won as i don't support any of them but i really salute Liverpool players where they fight till the very last second trying to get through the next round. One clap for them. =)

THE WORLD GAMES 2009 KAOHSIUNG 高雄世界运动会

Last Sunday, i was at Sunway Megalanes during the afternoon attending a pre-event promotion of THE WORLD GAMES 2009 KAOHSIUNG. Along with Andrew and Aaron, we witness a friendly bowling challenge between the Malaysian team and the Taiwan team.

The result was the Taiwanese team won over the Malaysian team with a total pinfalls of 393 to 374. The champions received USD 3,500 while the runner ups received USD 1,500.

well, afterall, it was just a friendly match.

The main focus of this whole event was to promote the upcoming World Games 2009 KaoSiung which will be held in a span of 11 days from 16th July to 26th July 2009. This is the first time that Taiwan won the right to host a large international competition in the last 60 years where it includes some of the competing sports like Squash, Bowling, Billiards, Sumo, Wushu, Ju-Jitsu, Softball, Body Building, Water Ski, Dragon Boat and many more.

Held once every 4 years, the World Games is the biggest international multi-sports games, only second to the Olympics. Taiwan was given the honour to host the games with approximately 5,000 athletes and officials from nearly 100 countries around the world.

As the official broadcast channel, ESPN Star Sports will be airing the show at the following dates and times.

United : Kings of Europe!!

Hours ago, i was still considering on going out to watch the match between Manchester United and Chelsea.

Now, I DIDN'T REGRET WATCHING THE MATCH!!

IT WAS DAMN DRAMATIC!!!

Those who have watched the match till the end will know what i'm saying!!

Basicly, the whole 90 minutes of match was quite crappy to me.

United created more chances in the 1st half with 70+% of possession but only managed to score 1 goal with Ronaldo's header. They missed several REALLY GOOD chance in the first half.

Chelsea managed to equalised by Lampard just before the 1st half ended.

The game was stupid, many fouls were exchanged here and the referees were like ignoring fouls from Manchester United as well as Chelsea's ones. Some fouls that were committed by ManUtd players was ignored by the referee and i really feel sad for Chelsea fans.

The whole match tied at 1-1 till the end of the 90minutes game and it went into 30minutes extra time.

The interesting part comes in here. Players from both teams can be seen trying their best to attack and defend at the same time and we can see that most of them are tired(except for those who have been substituted in)

Later on in 116minutes, Drogba was sent off. It was ugly, players from both teams gathered together and they were exchanging words with each other and all of a sudden,

Drogba slapped Vidic and there he goes, SENT OFF!

That serves him right, no matter what happen, a football player shouldn't act like that. Thus, Chelsea was left with 10 players. The score was still 1-1 and eventually, there's a penalty Kick-Out.

HERE COMES THE MOST INTERESTING PART!!

Ronaldo comes in and missed his penalty shot.

Everyone kept quiet and continue watching and when Lampard scored, we had a feeling that Chelsea is going to win.

The remaining players continued to score and soon Terry came in to take the 5th penalty shot of Chelsea. One shot in from Terry and Chelsea will be the KINGS OF EUROPE. We opened our eyes real big and.....

TERRY MISSED WITH HIS SHOT WENT WIDE!!!

ROFLMAO!!!

Everyone went ecstatic when it comes to the point where Terry misses his shot. And at last Van der Sar managed to save Anelka's shot.

All Hail the Champions of England 07/08

I tell you all arh.. Yesterday.. i was hoping that Chelsea will win with 20-0 scoreline.... i was really disappointed with Chelsea. I thought that they can do it. Sigh. At least do what like Middlesbrough did ma, score 8 goals pass MANCHESTER CITY!!!!!

till last year. they have won 16 times!!

like every Manchester United fans, i was happy the result, Manchester United 2-0 Wigan!!! WooHooooo!!!

Sir Alex Ferguson is really the best manager ever!! Under his management, Manchester United managed to grab the EPL title for 10 times!! Thats really many times!!

The first goal was a penalty. Rooney manage to secure a chance for penalty and Ronaldo took it.

Being the top-scorer in both EPL and Champions League, he grab the chance and score... i was excited.. everyone was!

Being the most experienced player in the ManUtd squad, Ryan Giggs came in in the second half

Ryan Giggs didn't waste the chance he had, the goal he scored was rather funny. 3 person was runnning towards him when the ball was under his feet. The goalkeeper and 2 defender, and he secure the win with the goal.

WHO SAY RYAN GIGGS IS TOO OLD TO PLAY???!!!

Fans around the stadium were cheering where Manchester United players celebrate the goal from Giggs. It was at 80th Minute. Everyone knew that Manchester United won the EPL title. The score on another side, Chelsea and Bolton were tied on 1-1 with John Terry being sent out of the field to be treated.

Everyone went ecstatic when the referee blew the whistle indicating that the match have ended.

Ryan Giggs have already become a legend with 10 EPL championship title/ring including this time. He's a great player, a very good one i would say. We're all proud with him playing for Manchester United.

There were joy all over Manchester United.
How i wish i was there. =(

This is the man, the man who score the most goals in EPL this season, the man who played a very important role in the road to champions for ManUtd this season. Everyone remember the incident between him and Rooney in international stage where there are rumours saying that he was planning to leave ManUtd last year?? I'm glad that he didn't leave.

as for Chelsea, i really have nothing to say much, they are a good team. Despite the big goal difference, they still manage to keep up with ManUtd. Thats all i can say.

Too bad for them.

the 2 Goals from Ronaldo was really quite amusing i would say, first he smash into the penalty box and swiftly send the ball pass the goalkeeper and score. Secondly, he use his little brother to "head" the ball in from a cross. Nuff said.

If i'm Green, i would bang my head on the wall, but well, Ronaldo is the Golden Boots for this season in EPL, what can Green do...

On the other hand, although i dislike Tevez, i would say that his goal tonight was superb... Scholes's goal against Barcelona was stunning and i guess Tevez wanted to do something similiar hahaha

Carrick joined in the scoring names of the match later on in the 2nd half and well WestHam sure had quite a heck of a welcoming "party" for the 2 ex-Hammers - Tevez and Carrick

i can already see ManUtd hugging the champions trophy already lolx
