have you ever played dota and end a game in this way before??

with the indication stating that the game had end and every single unit stop moving..

but... your hero can still move around and is in strange form

there are 2 examples below..

faceless void in black.. and i mean... something like his shadow appeared

juggernaut was omnislash-ing when the game just ended and he became like this in omnislash form and able to walk around with other units remain still
